MISTER CEE - THROWBACK AT NOON, LIVE AT HOT 97

Hi,

another mixtape, now by Mister Cee, from Brooklyn too.

This DJ has been in my opinion a little underrated, I think his work
with Big Daddy Kane, for example, was superior.

And he was one of the first mentors of BIGGIE SMALLS.

    I think he's underrated too. I also don't think he really pushed himself out there either.

    The only 100 minute mixtapes I have are by Mister Cee. They are all solid. Nice mixes.
